At Blush Theory, every order is carefully prepared with love and attention to detail.

Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, all lip glosses, lip liners, and cosmetic items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry may be eligible for an exchange if it arrives damaged or defective. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at blushtheoryonline@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
